The short version: acunya is a beta. It builds transactions; your wallet signs every single one, and the cost is shown before you sign. Whatever you broadcast or upload is public and irreversible. The service comes as is, without warranties.

1. What acunya does

acunya is a set of tools exposed over MCP at https://acunya.xyz/api/mcp. It builds unsigned blockchain transactions, inspects what is already on chain, diagnoses broken NFT metadata, uploads files to Arweave, and broadcasts transactions that come back signed. acunya is non-custodial: it never holds your keys and never signs on your behalf. Using it means accepting these terms.

2. Beta service

acunya is in beta and currently operates on Solana (devnet and mainnet, chosen per request) and EVM testnets. It is provided as is and as available: features may change, break or be withdrawn, and access may be limited (for example through rate limits or API keys) at any time.

3. You and your wallet

Every transaction is approved and signed by you, in your own wallet. Nothing moves without your signature.
Tools that spend return their cost in the response before anything is broadcast. Review it. Once broadcast, a transaction cannot be undone.
Your keys, your wallet, your responsibility. Losing them is outside anyone's control, including ours.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Fees and costs

Network costs (rent, gas) are set by the chains and shown in each quote. acunya currently charges no service fee on any operation: you pay only the network's own costs, listed in the cost breakdown before you sign. Reads, diagnostics, nonce accounts, account closing and broadcasting are free. Storage uploads are quoted before you pay, and each payment is tied to the exact content it covers. Fees may change; the cost shown before you sign is always the one that applies.

5. Uploads and content

Only upload what you have the rights to. You keep ownership; you also keep responsibility.
Arweave storage is permanent and public. There is no delete.
Upload links are one-time, expire after 15 minutes, and take one image of up to 25 MB.
No unlawful content. We may refuse or stop serving uploads that abuse the service.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attack, overload or attempt to break the service, don't try to bypass its limits, and don't use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend access that does.

7. No advice

Nothing here is financial, investment or legal advice. Tokens and NFTs can lose value; acunya makes no promises about any asset.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, acunya and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost assets resulting from use of the service, from blockchain or network behaviour, or from third-party providers. Total liability for any claim is capped at the service fees you paid to acunya in the three months before the claim — currently zero, as acunya charges no service fee.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes belong to the courts of Spain.
